Custom software ยท Toronto
Custom software that fits how your business actually works
If your team lives in spreadsheets, copies data between tools, or pays for software it barely uses, we build the system that replaces all of it: shaped around your process, running on the web, with scope and price agreed in writing before we start.
Where custom software pays off
Most businesses start on spreadsheets and a handful of subscriptions, and that works until it does not. The signs are familiar: the same information typed into three places, a spreadsheet only one person understands, a subscription priced for a company ten times your size, or a process everyone has to work around because the software only does it one way.
That is the point where a system built for you costs less than the friction it removes. One client replaced a $40,000-a-year SaaS subscription with a custom CRM portal and cut their software cost by about 70 percent.
What we build
Typical systems, any of which can be combined.
CRMs and client portals
Lead and customer tracking, plus secure logins where your clients can see their own status, documents and invoices.
Inventory and invoicing
Stock, quotes, orders and invoices in one place, replacing the spreadsheet and the re-typing.
Scheduling and booking
Appointments, classes, reservations and job tracking, with reminders and the right access for each staff member.
Dashboards and reporting
The numbers that matter, such as where leads came from, what they cost and which turned into revenue, pulled live from the system instead of updated by hand.
Workflow automation and integrations
Payments, email, text messages, calendars and accounting tools connected, so data moves on its own and approvals follow your rules.
Internal tools and admin panels
The back-office screens your team needs, built for the people who use them every day rather than for a demo.
Systems we have built
Real systems, designed, built and shipped by our team.

Map the workflow
A 15-minute call, then a short working session to map how the work really flows today, including the awkward parts.
Scope in writing
We agree what is being built, the price and a firm finish date before any work starts.
Build in the open
You click through working versions along the way, so problems surface while they are cheap to fix.
Launch and train
We move it live, bring your existing data across, connect payments and email, and show your team how it works.
Support
Two weeks of post-launch support are included. After that, support is a monthly rate scoped to what you need.
Build or buy: we will tell you
Custom software is not always the right answer. If an off-the-shelf tool fits your process, you should use it, and we will say so on the first call. We build when the tools you have been trying are costing you more in workarounds, fees or lost time than a system built for you would.
New projects start at $3,000 CAD, with typical timelines of 2 to 6 weeks from kickoff. Larger systems take longer, and we set a firm finish date once the scope is clear. The work is done in-house in Toronto, with no offshore contractors.
Questions we get asked
How do I know if I need custom software?
A good sign is when your team spends real time moving information between tools, working around software that does not fit, or paying for features you do not use. Describe the workflow on a 15-minute call and we will tell you honestly whether off-the-shelf software or a custom system makes more sense.
How much does custom software cost?
New projects start at $3,000 CAD. The price depends on what the system needs to do and is agreed in writing before we begin. Larger systems cost more, and we will say so up front rather than after the fact.
How long does it take?
Typically 2 to 6 weeks from kickoff for most projects, with a firm finish date in writing once the scope is agreed. Larger systems take longer.
Can you bring in our data from spreadsheets?
Usually, yes. We scope the data move as part of the project, clean it where needed and load it into the new system so you start with your history, not a blank screen.
Can it connect to the tools we already use?
Often, yes. Payments, email, text messages, calendars and accounting tools are common integrations. If something you use is hard to connect, we will tell you early and suggest options.
Is it secure, and will I be locked in?
We build sign-in, roles and data separation in from the start, and you are never locked out of your own system. We explain how your data is stored and who can see it before we build.
What happens after launch?
Two weeks of post-launch support are included, and anything not behaving the way we agreed is fixed in that window at no extra cost. After that, ongoing support is a monthly rate scoped to your needs.
