Custom AI solutions built around your workflows
Generic AI tools do not know your business. We build AI that does: trained on your information, connected to your systems and designed around a specific job, with a person in the loop wherever accuracy matters.
Start with the job, not the technology
The businesses that get value from AI start with a specific, repetitive task that costs real time, not with a tool. Reading and filing documents, answering the same customer questions, writing first drafts, finding an answer buried in your own files: these are jobs AI does well when it is set up properly.
We begin by choosing one workflow, measuring how it works today, and building a solution you can test on your real material before you commit to more. If AI is not the right tool for the job, we will say so.
What we build
Practical AI that fits inside how you already work.
Assistants that answer
Chat and voice assistants trained on your services, policies and documents, for customers or for your own team. Our flagship is Quinn AI, our AI receptionist.
Document and data handling
Reading invoices, forms, emails and PDFs, pulling out the details that matter and filing them where they belong, with anything uncertain flagged for a person.
Drafting and summarizing
First drafts of replies, notes, reports and proposals in your voice, for a person to review and send.
Ask your own data
A way to ask questions in plain language and get answers from your documents, records or database, with the source shown.
Classify and route
Sorting incoming enquiries, requests or tickets by type and urgency, and sending each to the right person or system.
AI inside your product
Adding AI features to a website or application you already run or are building with us.
How we build it
Pick one workflow
We choose a task that is frequent, well defined and worth fixing, and agree how we will know it is working.
Prototype on your material
An early working version, run on your real documents and questions, so you judge actual output rather than a demo.
Test and measure
We check accuracy against examples, find where it fails and set the rules for when it hands over to a person.
Connect
We wire it into your calendar, email, database or software, with the right permissions and sign-in.
Run and improve
We review real use with you and tune it, because the biggest gains usually come after launch.
Where we have started
Our AI work to date is anchored in Quinn, and everything else is scoped case by case.
Guardrails, built in
AI makes mistakes, so every solution we build has a plan for them. That means a person reviews anything important before it goes out, the system shows where an answer came from, and it hands over rather than guessing when it is not sure.
For privacy, we agree in writing what data the system can see and how it is handled before we build. We choose providers and settings that do not use your data to train models where that option exists. For regulated businesses, we keep clinical and confidential detail out of the AI and agree the boundaries up front.
Cost and timeline
Scope and price are agreed in writing before work starts, and new projects start at $3,000 CAD. Typical projects fit inside our usual window of 2 to 6 weeks from kickoff, with larger builds scoped separately. The work is done in-house in Toronto.
Questions we get asked
What is a custom AI solution?
It is AI built for a specific job in your business, connected to your information and systems, rather than a general tool like a public chatbot. For example, an assistant that answers customer questions from your own policies, or a tool that reads incoming invoices and files them.
How is this different from just using ChatGPT?
General tools do not know your business, cannot act inside your systems and give you no control over accuracy or privacy. A custom solution is trained on your material, connected to your tools, tested on your cases and built with rules for what it may and may not do.
Which AI models do you use?
We choose the model to fit the job, weighing accuracy, speed, cost and privacy, and we explain the choice in plain language. We are not tied to one provider.
Can AI be wrong, and what happens when it is?
Yes. That is why we test against real examples, show sources, have a person review anything important and set clear rules for handing over when the system is unsure.
Will my data be used to train AI models?
We choose providers and settings that do not use your data for training where that option exists, and we agree in writing how your data is handled before we build anything.
Can you work with regulated businesses such as clinics?
Yes, with care. We agree what the AI can see before we build, keep clinical and confidential detail out of it and make clear that it does not give medical, legal or financial advice.
How much does it cost and how long does it take?
Scope and price are agreed in writing before work starts, and new projects start at $3,000 CAD. Typical projects fit inside 2 to 6 weeks from kickoff, with larger builds scoped separately. A 15-minute call is enough for a rough number.
