Platforms · Designed, built and run by Sulo Systems

Four platforms we built end to end.

Websites and client systems are what we do every week. These are different: products we designed, built, launched and now run ourselves — from the first screen to the payment, the email and the database underneath.

  • IdeaStart from one real workflow and the people who live in it.
  • DesignEvery screen, from the guest’s phone to the owner’s dashboard.
  • BuildDatabase, accounts, permissions and the apps on top.
  • ConnectPayments, email, reminders and calendars wired in.
  • RunHosted, monitored and supported by the people who built it.

For Ontario therapists

Willow

Practice management software that actually feels good to use.

Live · used daily by a real practice From $15.90/month CAD

Why we built it

Most practice software still feels like a filing cabinet.

A solo therapist is the clinician, the receptionist and the biller in one person, yet the tools they’re handed assume a front office and a thick manual. We started from the opposite question: what if everything a therapist does in a day — book, meet, write notes, get paid — lived in one calm place that needed no onboarding call?

We designed it around Ontario’s PHIPA from the first line instead of bolting privacy on later, and we built it for solo practitioners first. A real Ontario therapy practice uses Willow every day, and what they tell us decides what we build next.

For service businesses

Tempo

Booking, made effortless.

Live $15/month CAD · 14-day free trial

Why we built it

A small business should be able to take bookings, deposits and reminders without a sales call, a setup fee or even a card number.

Salons, studios, clinics, consultants and mobile services all run on the same few things: a calendar people can book into, a deposit when it matters, and a reminder so nobody forgets. Tempo is those things and not much else, on purpose. Pricing is one plain number in Canadian dollars, and deposits go straight into the business’s own Stripe account, so we never sit between you and your money.

Keeping it simple is a rule, not an accident. When restaurants needed something different, we built them their own product instead of loading Tempo with tables and seat counts. That’s why Table Ready exists.

Customers

  • One booking link, or a Book now button on your own site
  • Repeat appointments in one go, with custom questions per service
  • Reschedule or cancel themselves, within your cutoff

The business

  • Day and week calendar, customer records and private notes
  • Group classes with spot limits, rosters and an automatic waitlist
  • Owner, admin and staff roles, shifts, and multiple locations

Behind the scenes

  • Stripe deposits and subscription billing
  • Email and text reminders, with text only for customers who opt in
  • Google and Outlook calendar sync, Excel export, installable app

Built with Next.js, Supabase and Stripe, and covered by automated end-to-end tests.

For restaurants

Table Ready

Fill every table, without the phone tag.

Live Reservations · Waitlist · Walk-in line

Why we built it

A restaurant isn’t an appointment.

Tempo was made for appointments and classes. A restaurant is a room of tables with different seat counts, a lunch service and a dinner service, and nights that fill up completely. We could have bent Tempo to fit. Instead we built Table Ready as its own product, so each one stays simple at the thing it does.

The idea is that the owner stays in control. You choose which tables are open to online guests and keep the bar and patio for walk-ins. You set hours by weekday and how long each party size keeps its table. And on a full night, guests join a waitlist and are told the moment a table opens.

Guests

  • An online reservation page, no phone call
  • Join a waitlist for a time window on a full night
  • Scan a QR code to join the walk-in line and follow their place

The restaurant

  • Tables and seat counts you switch on or off for online booking
  • A Today list where staff can edit a reservation
  • Guest notices, and a guest list with consent-aware export

Behind the scenes

  • Confirmation, reminder and ready emails sent automatically
  • Staff alerts by email and web push
  • Installable on a phone like an app

Built with Next.js, Supabase and Resend, and covered by automated end-to-end tests.

For walk-in shops

Counter

Every repair, from drop-off to pickup.

Early release Check-in · Job board · Ready alerts

Why we built it

In a walk-in shop, the work starts the moment someone puts something on the counter.

Counter is built around that moment. Log the job in seconds, move it across a simple board — New, In Progress, Ready for Pickup — and let the customer know the moment it’s ready. No bookings, no accounts for customers to create, no sticky notes that fall off the bench.

We prototyped it around a bike-shop workflow because it’s the clearest picture of the problem: a counter, a queue of jobs in the workshop, and customers waiting to hear.

Customers

  • Handed over at the counter, no sign-up needed
  • Told the moment the job is ready

The shop

  • Log a job in seconds
  • A workshop board from New to Ready for Pickup
  • One place to see every job in flight

Behind the scenes

  • Email notifications sent automatically when a job is ready
  • Secure sign-in and a hosted database

Built with React, Vite and Supabase.
