The starting point

A company planning a team day and a teacher planning a school trip are looking for similar things from very different places. The first wants a day that works for a mixed group and reflects well on whoever booked it. The second wants safety, educational value and a way to justify the trip. They use different words, ask different questions and weigh different things.

Both are also searching by place. People look for team building on Toronto Island, outdoor education in Algonquin Park or winter school trips, so the site needed to be clear about where each program happens, as well as who it is for.

What we built

A site organized around who is asking and where the program runs.

Two clear paths

Corporate programs and school programs each have their own pages and message, so neither audience has to dig through the other’s content.

Programs by place

Toronto Island and Algonquin Park programs are described around where they happen, which matches how people search.

Outdoor education and winter school trips

Dedicated pages for the school offerings, including winter trips, written for the questions teachers ask.

Gallery

Photos of what a day actually looks like, which does more to reassure a group organizer than a description can.

Blog and articles

Content on why meeting in person still matters for teams and what outdoor education offers students, written for the questions buyers bring.

A simple way to enquire

A clear route from reading about a program to asking about one, because group bookings begin with a conversation.

How we approach SEO for a group-booking business

Group bookings are considered purchases. The person searching is usually comparing options, needs to convince colleagues or a school, and wants to see the itinerary, who leads it and what the day involves before they ask. That makes clear program pages and credible detail more valuable than a long list of keywords.

We pair those pages with the basics of local search: titles and headings that name the program and the place, a site that loads quickly on a phone, and tracking that counts enquiries so the work can be judged by the groups that got in touch.

What we can and cannot say

We have not published enquiry or ranking figures for Teambuilding Adventure on this page, and we would rather say so than quote numbers we cannot back. The site is live and public, so you can see how the two audiences and the two locations are handled for yourself.

Questions we get asked

What did Sulo Systems do for Teambuilding Adventure?

We designed and built the website and work on its local SEO, with separate paths for corporate and school groups and pages organized around where each program runs.

Why build separate paths for corporate and school groups?

They have different questions, concerns and search terms. Giving each audience its own pages lets us answer the right questions for each and target the right searches.

Is SEO different for a business that sells group experiences?

Somewhat. These are considered purchases, so detailed program pages, clear itineraries and trust signals matter more than volume, alongside the usual local search basics.

Can you do this for my events or activity business?

Yes. Events, tours, classes and group activities are a good fit. A 15-minute call is enough for us to say what we would do first and roughly what it would cost.

Want this for your business?

Tell us what you do and who you serve. In 15 minutes we will say what we would do first, whether we are the right people, and roughly what it would cost. If we are not the right fit, we will say so on the call.
