Business dashboards that replace the Friday spreadsheet
If someone spends a morning each week pulling numbers from four places into a report, the report is already out of date. We build dashboards that show where leads came from, what they cost and which turned into money, straight from your live systems.
The report nobody trusts
Most small businesses have the numbers somewhere: leads in the CRM, bookings in the calendar, invoices in the accounting tool, ad spend in another login. Getting them into one picture means someone copying, pasting and checking, and by the time the spreadsheet is finished it is describing last week.
A dashboard connected to the live systems removes that work. The numbers are current when you open the page, calculated the same way every time, and visible to the people who need them without asking anyone.
What we build
Built per business, around the questions you actually ask.
Lead sources and cost
Where enquiries came from, what each channel cost and which leads turned into paying customers, so spend follows what works.
Bookings and capacity
Today’s and this week’s bookings, no-shows, utilization by person or location and the gaps worth filling.
Revenue and invoicing
Sales, outstanding invoices and payment status on one screen instead of three tools.
Operations and inventory
What is in progress, what is late, what is running low and what needs attention today.
Marketing and search reporting
Analytics and Search Console data combined with enquiries and calls, so reports talk about customers rather than clicks.
Automatic summaries
A weekly written summary of what changed, sent to the people who need it, so the report arrives without anyone building it.
How we build a dashboard
Start with the questions
What decisions do you make each week, and what number would make them easier? We write those down first.
Find where the data lives
We list the systems involved, check what can be connected and flag anything stored where it cannot be reached.
Define each number
Agree exactly how every figure is calculated, so there is one answer to “what counts as a lead”.
Build and connect
The dashboard, connected to live data, with access limited to the right people.
Check it against reality
We compare the first results with your own records, fix differences and only then switch off the old spreadsheet.
Reporting work we have done
Examples across client and internal work.
Revenue Dashboards
Where the leads came from, what they cost and which ones turned into money, on one screen, pulled from the live system rather than a spreadsheet updated on Fridays.

A dashboard is only worth building if it changes a decision. That is why we start from the questions rather than the data, keep each screen to the handful of numbers that matter and agree the definitions before building anything.
We also keep it honest about what the data can and cannot say. If a figure is based on incomplete tracking, the dashboard says so, rather than presenting a precise-looking number that nobody should rely on.
Who this suits
Businesses where the numbers live in too many places.
- Owners who build a weekly report by hand
- Service businesses tracking leads, quotes and bookings across several tools
- Clinics and studios wanting capacity and no-show visibility
- Teams running on spreadsheets that only one person understands
- Businesses paying for marketing who cannot tell what it produces
Questions we get asked
What is a business dashboard?
A single screen that shows the numbers you run the business on, such as leads, bookings, revenue and costs, pulled from your live systems so it is always current, instead of assembled by hand.
How much does a custom dashboard cost?
Scope and price are agreed in writing before work starts, and new projects start at $3,000 CAD. The cost depends on how many systems have to be connected and how many numbers you need.
How long does it take?
A focused dashboard typically fits inside 2 to 6 weeks from kickoff. Larger reporting systems are scoped in stages, with the first stage covering the numbers that matter most.
Can it use data from tools I already pay for?
Often, yes. We check which of your tools can be connected and tell you honestly if some data cannot be reached, before you commit to anything.
Can you replace my weekly spreadsheet report?
That is the most common starting point. We build the dashboard, check it against your spreadsheet, and only switch the spreadsheet off once the numbers match.
Who can see the data?
Only the people you choose. Each user is given access to what they need, and we can limit sensitive figures to owners or managers.
Do you also set up Google Analytics and tracking?
Yes. We set up Analytics, Tag Manager and Search Console so calls, form submissions and bookings are counted, and tie them to the dashboard.
